Required Call Center and Sales Staff with Fluency in English or Romanian

We offer a job opportunity in a medical company specialized in dentistry in Damascus. We are looking for call center and sales staff who are fluent in English or Romanian. Tasks: Professional communication with patients, fluent communication with patients who speak the language, understanding patient needs and dealing with them in a polite and effective way, the ability to convince and convert inquiries into bookings and sales, follow-up of customers and achievement of sales targets, building a good and trustworthy relationship with the patient.
