Required Call Center and Sales Staff with Fluency in English or Romanian

We offer a job opportunity in a medical company specialized in dentistry in Damascus. We are looking for call center and sales staff who are fluent in English or Romanian. Tasks: Professional communication with patients, fluent communication with patients who speak the language, understanding patient needs and dealing with them in a polite and effective way, the ability to convince and convert inquiries into bookings and sales, follow-up of customers and achievement of sales targets, building a good and trustworthy relationship with the patient. Required: High level of fluency in English or Romanian, excellent pronunciation and conversation skills and the ability to communicate naturally with Native Speakers, strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to control conversations and deal with different types of patients, polite and strong personality, ability to achieve sales targets, previous experience in call center or sales is a plus.
