Required Coordinator - Dental and Tourist Clinic

Scheduling patient appointments and treatment plans, organizing hotel and transportation bookings and airport receptions, coordinating with doctors, laboratories and sales teams, following up with patients before and during treatment until discharge, organizing patient files, photos, X-rays and treatment plans, updating patient data and stages on CRM system, following up on insurance cases and second visits, responding to general calls and inquiries, preparing daily reports on patients, appointments and open tasks, assisting with daily administrative and organizational work. Good command of English, knowledge of Turkish, previous experience in medical coordination or tourism is a significant advantage, proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office and CRM systems, organized personality, quick follow-up, able to solve problems, excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with international patients, commitment to work schedule and ability to handle pressure, living in Istanbul and ability to work from the company's office.
