We are looking for a professional pizza instructor to assist our team in Başakşehir – Istanbul. You should have operational experience in preparing and making pizza dough and preparing pizza ingredients. You should be able to maintain product quality, manage workflow and handle pizza ovens. You should be able to manage stock, reduce waste and control raw material consumption. You should be able to manage time and determine production quantities. You should be able to identify problems, analyze them and improve work performance. You should be able to work under pressure and take responsibility. You should be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
