Operations and Training Rooms Coordinator Wanted

We are looking for an active and organized Operations and Training Rooms Coordinator to join our team, to ensure the smooth operation of the courses and activities in the best possible way and provide an excellent experience for the trainees and trainers. The tasks and responsibilities: - Managing and organizing the classrooms: preparing the training rooms before the start of the courses (lighting, sound, presentation tools, and seating arrangement). - "Break" preparation and coordination: complete supervision of preparing and equipping the hospitality lounge (coffee, tea, and snacks) for the trainees and trainers and ensuring its arrangement and renewal at the specified times. - Internal operations: following up and coordinating between the different departments to ensure the smooth operation of work and daily activities.
