We are looking to hire executive team members in Istanbul with strong skills and experiences to meet the requirements of digital transformation and organizational work, as follows: 1. Manager of Partnership and Collaboration * Nature of work: Full time (100%). * Job description: Building institutional alliances and managing digital coordination networks to develop resources and maximize the impact of the organization. * Experience: 3+ years of experience in building partnerships and institutional networking, and resource development in the humanitarian sector. * Skills: Drafting agreements and memoranda of understanding, negotiation and persuasion, coordination and building alliances, Turkish or English language. 2. Crowdfunding and Digital Campaigns Specialist * Nature of work: Part time (40%). * Job description: Designing and managing digital fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns using smart targeting algorithms. * Experience: Practical experience in managing crowdfunding platforms (Crowdfunding) and funded campaigns. * Skills: Analyzing donor data, improving conversion rates (CRO), and using artificial intelligence tools for targeting. 3. Content Marketing and Digital Communication Specialist: * Nature of work: Part time to full time (60% - 80%). * Job description: Crafting digital content, establishing organizational communication, and publishing impact reports through platforms. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in human content production and content marketing through professional networks (particularly LinkedIn). * Skills: Writing promotional and human content, mastering artificial intelligence tools for production, and telling impact stories
