We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist to work directly with the advertiser. The WWHO announces its desire to recruit a Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist to join its team. Job Type: Full-time (office). Location: WWHO Office - Mecidiyeköy, Şişli, Istanbul. Responsibilities: - Design visual and creative materials for the organization in line with the visual identity. - Manage the organization's social media accounts and publish content regularly. - Prepare and implement a monthly digital content plan. - Write creative and informative content, including news, press releases, success stories, and campaign-specific publications. - Cover the organization's activities and programs through photo and video coverage when necessary. - Produce and edit images and short videos suitable for publication on digital platforms. - Coordinate with various departments of the organization to prepare media materials for projects and programs. - Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports including performance indicators and recommendations. - Suggest innovative media ideas and campaigns to increase the organization's visibility and engagement. Required qualifications: - A university degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or any related field. - At least two years of experience in digital media or social media management. - Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent. - Experience in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or others. - High-level writing skills in Arabic with proficiency in English. - Good knowledge of social media management and increasing access and engagement. - Ability to work as a team and handle work pressure and deadlines. - Creativity, accuracy, and the ability to turn ideas into visual and informative content.
