Customer Service Representative for Tourism

Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries. Communicate with companies and build professional relationships. Follow up on bookings and customer requests. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure best service. Follow up on WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls. At least 5 years of experience in customer service or tourism. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office. Preferably fluent in Turkish, and English is a plus.
