Coordinator – Dental Clinic and Medical Tourism

Scheduling patient appointments and treatment plans. Organizing hotel and transportation bookings and airport pickups. Coordinating with doctors, laboratories and sales teams. Following up with patients before and during their treatment and until their departure. Organizing patient files, photos, X-rays and treatment plans. Updating patient data and stages on CRM system. Following up on insurance cases and second visits. Responding to general calls and inquiries. Preparing daily reports on patients, appointments and open tasks. Assisting with daily administrative and organizational tasks. Fluency in English. Fluency in Turkish. Previous experience in medical coordination or medical tourism is highly preferred. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Organized, fast-paced and able to handle problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle international patients with professionalism. Commitment to work schedule and ability to handle work pressure. Residence in Istanbul and ability to work from the company's office.
