Call Center and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Call Center and Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Turkish. The job holder will be responsible for answering customer calls and responding to their inquiries. He/She will follow up on maintenance requests and schedule appointments. And provide excellent customer service. He/She will track cases and enter data into the system. And contribute to achieving business objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires fluency in Turkish as a native language. Previous experience in call center or customer service or sales. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. Politeness and good customer service. Commitment, discipline, and responsibility. Ability to work as a team and achieve objectives. Non-smoker. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
