Call Center Agent Wanted

Due to great interest in providing service to teachers, students, employees, companies, residents, and citizens in the Istanbul region, we are looking for a call center agent who is fluent in Turkish. The candidate should have previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales. The position requires excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. He/she should have good manners and treat customers professionally. The candidate should be committed, disciplined, and responsible. He/she should be able to work as a team and achieve goals. He/she should not be a smoker and be willing to work overtime when needed.
