Our company announces the need to hire a Call Center Agent to join our team in Istanbul. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong experience in call center and customer service. Good knowledge of the real estate market in Istanbul and the Turkish real estate market. Turkish citizenship or valid residence. Ability to handle work pressure and work in a team spirit. High communication and customer persuasion skills. Knowledge of using call center systems and various channels (CRM, WhatsApp, email, etc.). High organization and precise customer follow-up.
