We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team in Istanbul. Requirements: Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong experience in call center and customer service. Hold Turkish citizenship or have a valid residence permit. Ability to handle work pressure and work in a team spirit. High communication and persuasion skills. Knowledge of using call center systems and various channels (CRM, WhatsApp, email, etc.). High organizational and detailed follow-up skills for customers. Tasks: Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries. Follow up on potential customers and transfer them to sales. Provide accurate information about real estate projects.
