We aim to expand our digital presence and reach international patients through search engine optimized content and platforms.\n\n🎯 Role Summary:\nWe are seeking a Remote SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, driving organic growth and attracting qualified traffic from Arab and international target markets.\n\n📋 Responsibilities:\n- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis in the medical tourism sector.\n- Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structure.\n- Execute off-page SEO campaigns and link-building (backlinks) strategies.\n- Monitor search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.\n- Coordinate with the medical content team to align posts with SEO guidelines and E-E-A-T standards.\n- Optimize technical SEO parameters (loading speed, crawlability, Schema structured data).\n- Generate periodic reports on rankings, organic traffic, and KPIs.\n- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies.\n\n✅ Qualifications & Requirements:\n- Minimum of 2 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, or e-commerce.\n- Professional fluency in Arabic writing and editing (mandatory), along with proficiency in English.\n- Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog.\n- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and user experience (UX).\n- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote team environment.\n- Experience with headless CMS architectures and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.\n\n🎁 What We Offer:\n- 100% remote work with flexible hours.\n- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international sector.\n- Competitive salary based on experience.\n- Career growth and professional development opportunities.
