BIU Smile Clinic in Istanbul is looking for an International Patient Coordinator to communicate with and follow up on international patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with patients and responding to their inquiries.
- Explaining treatment plans and pricing.
- Following up with patients and organizing their appointments.
- Recording and tracking cases on the CRM system.
- Coordinating between patients, doctors, and the team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in medical tourism or the dental field.
- Good communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
- Commitment and ability to work within a team.
- Residence in Istanbul.
Work Details:
- Location: Taksim, Istanbul.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
