Description & Requirements

TV DATA, a company specialized in TV screen maintenance and repair in Istanbul, is looking for a professional executive manager to lead the company and oversee all its operational and administrative activities. The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in management, including at least 3 years in a leadership position, and be proficient in Turkish (speaking and writing) as a basic requirement. The candidate must have operational experience and good knowledge of the Turkish market and its operational mechanisms. The candidate must be able to attract and employ suitable talents, build and manage effective work teams, including technicians, drivers, customer service staff, and administrators. The candidate must be able to create clear operational systems, follow up on their implementation, and transform the work environment into a system based on procedures and results. The candidate must have experience in managing staff, achieving goals, making decisions, and solving problems. The candidate must have a proven track record of achieving measurable results and achievements, such as increasing sales, improving productivity, or building successful work teams, with the ability to provide professional references upon request. The candidate must be proficient in using computers, preparing reports, and analyzing data. The candidate must have integrity, honesty, discipline, and confidentiality in maintaining company secrets. The candidate must not be a smoker and be willing to work overtime when needed.
