Customer communication and response to customer inquiries. Communication with companies and building professional relationships (B2B). Following up with bookings and customer requests. Coordination with internal departments to ensure the best service. Following up on WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls. At least 5 years of experience in customer service or tourism. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office. Turkish proficiency is preferred, and English is an added advantage.
