Job functions: - Communicate with patients and respond to their inquiries professionally. - Provide initial consultations and follow-up with patients until the treatment date. - Manage conversations through WhatsApp and social media. - Update patient data using CRM system. - Coordinate with the medical team to ensure a unique experience for each patient.
