Directly contacting customers through social media and WhatsApp. Providing travel and hotel offers in a professional and clear manner. Following up with customers continuously and converting requests into confirmed bookings. Maintaining sales operations and striving to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in sales, preferably in tourism or customer service. Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing with customers. Punctuality, commitment, and accuracy in work. Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Arabic, English knowledge or Turkish is an asset.
