We are looking for a medical consultant to join our team in the hair transplant field, with strong communication skills and experience in dealing with international patients and clients. Communicate with clients and patients and respond to their inquiries. Provide initial information about hair transplant procedures and available services. Follow up with clients from the consultation stage to the booking stage. Conduct follow-up through phone and WhatsApp and various communication channels. Understand patient needs and provide suitable advice in coordination with the medical team. Follow up with potential clients and convert them to bookings. Record and track customer data within the CRM system. Achieve sales and monthly booking targets. Build a professional and trustworthy relationship with patients.
