Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Age 35 or above.

Valid residence permit in Turkey.

Proficiency in both Arabic and Turkish (speaking and writing).

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proven ability to follow up and coordinate effectively.
