Job opportunity in a shipping and international trade company. The job is a call center position in the customer service department at the company's headquarters in Istanbul. * Must be proficient in Turkish and Arabic. * Must be able to use computers and Microsoft Office and prepare reports. * Must have a Turkish work or residence permit, we cannot accept a student or tourist visa. * Must be able to withstand the pressure of work and communication and regular follow-up of customer requests. * Must be able to convince and understand customer requests and follow purchase orders.
