Tourism Reservation Agent

We are looking for a tourism reservation agent to work full-time in our office in Istanbul. The job requires: Excellent proficiency in Turkish and English. Previous experience in the tourism and reservation field (hotels – airlines – tourism programs). Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly. Ability to work as a team and adhere to time. The job includes: Executing hotel and airline reservations. Following up on customer requests and confirming services. Coordinating with companies, hotels, and partners. Entering data and organizing files.
