A company specialized in home maintenance and decoration in Istanbul is seeking a saleswoman for a full-time office job. Job responsibilities: Receive customer inquiries and communicate with them professionally. Present company services and convert inquiries into work orders. Prepare schedules and follow up on customer requests. Coordinate and direct maintenance and decoration teams and follow up on the execution of work. Follow up with the customer until the end of the service and ensure their satisfaction. Prepare daily reports on sales and requests. Required qualifications: Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish languages, both spoken and written. English is an additional advantage. Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the maintenance or decoration field. Strong personality, organized, and high ability to persuade and communicate. Ability to manage and direct work teams. Ability to withstand work pressure and complete work hours. Proficiency in using computers and communication and follow-up programs. Full-time office work.
