We are looking for a plan officer with a university degree and proficiency in English and Turkish. The candidate must have a university degree. English and Turkish must be at a good level. The candidate must have experience in report and program preparation. The candidate must be resident in Turkey or have a residence permit. The candidate must be available for work on a regular basis.
