Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and developing paid advertising campaigns for various projects and Brands of the company. And managing and improving advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, preferably Google Ads. And preparing advertising strategies to achieve measurable leads and conversions. And analyzing campaign performance and following metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and ROAS. And working on improving results and expanding successful campaigns. And following Tracking and Pixel and Conversion API and GA4. And preparing regular reports and analyzing results and suggesting improvements. And the ability to work on multiple projects or Brands and manage different advertising budgets.
