Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in hair transplant or medical aesthetics. Strong communication and patient management skills. Ability to provide medical consultations and follow-up with patients. Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools. Team player with a positive and professional attitude. Languages required: Romanian 🇷🇴 English 🇬🇧 Russian 🇷🇺 French 🇫🇷 Responsibilities: Communicating with patients and answering inquiries. Providing initial medical consultations. Managing patient journey from consultation to post-procedure follow-up. Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules. Ensuring high-quality patient experience.
