Job responsibilities:Preparation of executive plans (Shop Drawings).Preparation of interior designs and engineering modifications according to project requirements.Quantity surveying according to plans.Budgeting and financial and technical offers for projects.Coordination with project teams and suppliers to ensure conformity of works with plans.Reviewing plans and technical specifications and making necessary modifications.Following up on project updates and updating tables and quantities as needed.Preparation of operational, quantity, and project tracking tables.Preparation and review of contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors from a technical standpoint, and checking their data to ensure compliance with specifications and agreements.
