Influencer Marketing & Content Specialist

We are hiring for one of our companies, a growing e-commerce business specializing in niche fragrance for the US market. The company operates with a small team and is currently expanding its marketing capabilities. You will be the second member of the marketing team and work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager. You will help build the company’s marketing function and contribute to work that directly impacts growth and revenue. As part of a small team, you will support a wide range of marketing activities, with a primary focus on influencer marketing operations and content creation for the US market. Responsibilities include: Manage influencer marketing operations for the US market: discovery, outreach, communication, briefing, follow-up, and reporting. Create written, visual, and video content for social media, product pages, blog posts, forums, and other relevant channels, using AI tools where appropriate. Support social media management, including content planning and publishing, account monitoring, and responding to customer messages. Monitor customer review platforms such as Trustpilot and Google and coordinate responses when necessary. Support day-to-day marketing operations across different channels and projects. Research industry developments, competitors, trends, and marketing opportunities. Actively learn about the niche fragrance industry and the company’s product catalog.
