We are looking for an Electronic Sales Specialist and E-commerce Platform Manager to manage online sales operations, primarily through DentalPiyasa platform. Product and price management, inventory, images, and descriptions on the platform. Following up on orders, invoices, shipping, and delivery. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving related order issues. Monitoring competitor prices and offers. Coordinating with warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and sales departments. Preparing simplified reports on sales and inventory. Providing suggestions for improving product visibility and increasing sales.
