Call Center Representative Wanted

We are looking for a call center representative who is fluent in Turkish and has experience in TV maintenance company. The candidate must be proficient in Turkish and have previous experience in customer service. The candidate must be familiar with the basic steps in customer service and always strive to improve the service level. The candidate must be able to resolve problems and deal with customers. The candidate must be able to manage time and work under pressure. The candidate must have good communication skills with customers and be responsible. The candidate must be able to work in a team and achieve goals. The candidate must not be a smoker.
