We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team in Istanbul. You must be proficient in both Arabic and English, and have a strong experience in Call Center and customer service. You must be familiar with Istanbul real estate projects. You must be a Turkish citizen or have a valid residence permit. You must be able to handle the pressure of work and work as a team. You must have high communication and sales skills. You must be familiar with the use of Call Center systems and various channels. You must be able to organize and follow up on customers efficiently. You must be able to communicate with customers and respond to inquiries. You must be able to follow up on potential customers and transfer them to sales. You must be able to provide accurate information about real estate projects. You must be able to manage conversations through various channels.
